  • All orders are packaged and shipped from the USA.
  • Processing: Process time may vary. Please allow 2-5 business days for payments and orders to be processed.
  • We ship Monday-Friday.
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Typically, items are to be expected 5-10 business days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) after receiving notification of shipment.
  • Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed and shipped the proceeding business days.
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or delays declared by shipping company.
  • Please be aware we are not responsible for any custom fees or import tax that your country may bill to you.
  • We are not responsible for any damages that may be caused by the shipping courier.

  • In the event an exchange is applicable, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if the cost of the original purchase was over $50. Please be advised we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s) without any tracking information.
